Periodontitis (common problem in dentistry)

 Periodontitis is serious problem but common in developing countries.

 As gingivitis increased the bacteria reach upto periodontal ligaments and harmed them, this leads to the gums which is attached to surface of teeth,loosen and with time the root surface come in direct contact to external atmosphere .

Simple solution go for scaling or flap surgery if required.
It will give you little pain .
How to avoid it.
Just do brush properly twice a day with flossing or interdental brush 
Nothing else .
